About the Role:

Our Tier 1 client, a national leader in the HVAC industry, is looking for a talented Maintenance Estimator to join their expanding team. This is a strategic role focused purely on maintenance contracts and renewals – no quoting for repairs or projects. You’ll help deliver smart, competitive tenders that align with budget and business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with service teams across the country

• Attending pre-tender site visits (on occasion)

• Completing bid evaluations (Bid/No Bid decisions)

• Responding to tender pricing requests

• Contributing to post-submission clarifications and presentations

• Conducting risk assessments, cost control, and value management

• Working closely with sales managers and stakeholders to shape successful tenders

• Maintaining quote registers and documentation

• Building strong supplier and subcontractor relationships

• Owning contract renewals from start to finish

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a service estimation role

• HVAC or air-conditioning industry background preferred

• Highly organised with strong time management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Great customer service and relationship skills

• Confident, persuasive, and sharp negotiator

• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
