MC Road Train Operators

  • Long-Term Project – Consistent Contract Work
  • Work with Well-Established Civil & Mining Contractors
  • 2/1 FIFO Roster From Perth

We’re currently recruiting for 7 x Experienced MC Road Train Operators for a long-term FIFO project in WA. You’ll be hauling side tipper triples or quads using well-maintained Kenworth and Mack trucks.

These roles offer reliable hours, clean camps, and a supportive team environment.

This role is for experienced operators only.
Entry-level or trainee positions are not available.

What’s On Offer:

  • $55-$60/hr flat rate + super on all hours worked

  • 2:1 roster with consistent work

  • Quality fleet: Kenworth, Mack + loaders (CAT 980-988, WA500-600)

  • Ongoing roles

  • Immediate starts available

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating triple and quad side tipper combinations

  • Using manual Road Ranger and auto gearboxes

  • Loading your own trucks using a front-end loader

  • Completing pre-starts and following site safety procedures

What You Need:

  • Valid and unrestricted MC licence

  • Proven experience with side tippers and Road Ranger gearboxes

  • Loader ticket and recent self-loading experience (MUST HAVE)

  • Commercial Fatigue Management certificate (valid within 2 years)

  • National Police Clearance

  • Able to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
