About the Role:
We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Social Workers to join a leading healthcare provider in Victoria, specialising in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), eating disorders, and Adult Mental Health. These roles provide the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health challenges.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Support clients and their families through evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and family therapy.
• Advocate for clients and assist in navigating the healthcare system to access appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure best practice.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification.
• AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration (or eligibility to register).
• Experience working in CAMHS, Eating Disorders, or Adult Mental Health settings.
• Strong knowledge of mental health frameworks and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in crisis intervention and case management.
• Understanding of family dynamics and systemic therapy approaches.
• Previous experience working in a community or inpatient setting.
