Mental Health Clinician

Mental Health Clinician – 26yrs +

  • Mental health hospital community teams throughout regional VIC
  • Regional Victoria multiple positions in 26 years to older adult
  • Social Worker, Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, MH RN

Location: Waragul, Horsham, Bendigo & more regional locations
Roster: 7-day rotating roster, including afternoon shifts
Reporting to: Clinical Lead (26yrs+) & Team Manager

The Company
Regional health service to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll play a key role in supporting individulas through their mental health journey – from acute episodes to recovery – across both community and bed-based settings.

About the Role
In this dynamic role, you’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach. You’ll conduct assessments, deliver therapeutic and pharmacological interventions, and collaborate with consumers, families, carers, and other professionals to develop personalised recovery plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform urgent and routine mental health assessments

  • Lead safety planning and deliver holistic treatment

  • Collaborate in recovery planning with consumers and carers

  • Provide individual, group, and family interventions

  • Liaise with community services to support consumer needs

  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and data reporting

  • Support continuous quality improvement and participate in audits

  • Adhere to legislative and policy requirements

You’re an experienced mental health professional with a strong commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centred care. You bring compassion, resilience, and cultural awareness to every interaction, and you value the lived experience of consumers as a key part of the healing process.
