Mental Health Clinician – Paediatric Therapy & Disability Services

Location: Regional, WA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000 to $101,000 per annum (depending on experience) + super + relocation

About the Company

Our client is a respected leader in paediatric therapy and disability services, known for their family-centred, multidisciplinary and evidence-based approach. They are looking for a Mental Health Clinician to contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services supporting children, young people and their families.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Clinician. You’ll be responsible for delivering evidence-based mental health assessments, interventions and case management for a paediatric caseload, contributing to the Mental Health Team and broader multidisciplinary department.

You will provide individual and group therapy, develop culturally appropriate treatment plans, participate in multidisciplinary planning, and ensure compliance with NDIS and professional standards. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to service evaluation, and engaging in ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Social Work with current professional registration (AHPRA where applicable)
  • Eligibility for, or current accreditation as, a Mental Health Provider
  • Experience in mental health assessment, case management and therapy provision for children and families
  • Strong working knowledge of the NDIS framework
  • Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, initiative and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
