Midwife

Registered Midwife / Registered Nurse

We are seeking Registered Midwives / Nurses to join a dedicated team in Horsham, Victoria.

Permanent full-time or part-time positions available. Full-time position includes working a rotating 7-day roster.
Please note, for Midwives only this may include a 7-day, 24 hour on-call roster.

The successful applicant will provide a general surgical, medical and paediatric service working in a mixed ward.

Skills and experience

Essential:

  • Current Division 1 Nursing and Midwifery Registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Commitment to continuous quality improvement, customer service and patient cantered care
  • Proficiency in the use of information technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment

Desirable:

  • Relevant post graduate nursing qualification i.e. paediatrics, neonatal nursery
  • Drivers Licence
