Locations: Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, East Arnhem Land & Alice Springs, NT
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000-$140,000 + super + salary packaging + 5 weeks annual leave

We are actively recruiting experienced professionals for the following roles:

  • Team Leaders – Katherine & Darwin

  • Regional Manager – Katherine

  • Clinicians (Child & Youth Focus) – Katherine

  • Program Coordinators (Indigenous Youth Focus) – Katherine

  • Aftercare Workers (All Ages) – East Arnhem Land

  • Upcoming Opportunities – Alice Springs

Whether you’re a clinician, team leader, or program coordinator, there’s a role for you to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities (vary by role):

  • Conducting mental health and risk assessments

  • Delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy

  • Developing care, recovery, and safety plans

  • Providing aftercare support for people post-crisis

  • Community engagement and program delivery with Indigenous youth

  • Supporting and leading clinical teams in service coordination

  • Strengths-based, collaborative support to young people and families

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking Mental Health Professionals with the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or a related field

  • Registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA, AASW, etc.)

  • Clinical experience in mental health or community wellbeing

  • Skills in risk assessment, engagement, and therapeutic interventions

  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities

  • Strong teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and communication skills

Essential Requirements:

  • NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)

  • National Police Check (within the last 3 months)

  • NT Driver’s Licence

  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
