Our Client:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Allied Health Professionals to join a highly regarded aged care provider across multiple locations. These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to work within residential aged care settings, supporting older adults in achieving their health and wellbeing goals.

If you are an Occupational Therapist there are various opportunities available, including permanent full-time, part-time, and fixed-term contracts. Work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your expertise is valued, and career progression is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities of this Role:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide rehabilitation, mobility, and functional independence support

• Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life

• Support pain management programs and falls prevention strategies

• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

The Successful Candidate:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

• AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an aged care or rehabilitation setting (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team

• Current National Police Clearance and relevant vaccinations

• Full Australian working rights

Locations & Role Types Available:

• Port Kennedy – Full-time (OT preferred, but open to all Allied Health professionals) – 12-month contract

• Rockingham – Permanent part-time (OT) – 2 days per week

• Albany – OT (full-time, part-time, or contract options available)
