Our Client:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists to join a highly regarded aged care provider and WA Health across multiple locations. These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to work within residential aged care settings and Mental Health Unit, supporting older adults in achieving their health and wellbeing goals.

If you are an Occupational Therapist there are various opportunities available, including permanent full-time, part-time, and fixed-term contracts. Work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your expertise is valued, and career progression is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities of this Role:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide rehabilitation, mobility, and functional independence support

• Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life

• Support pain management programs and falls prevention strategies

• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

The Successful Candidate:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

• AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an aged care or mental health setting (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team

• Current National Police Clearance and relevant vaccinations

• Full Australian working rights
