Occupational Therapist
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist passionate about person-centred, community-based care. You’ll support NDIS participants in their own homes and community settings, helping them build independence and meaningful participation in everyday life.
You’ll join a highly experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team specialising in working with adults with complex support needs, with flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests and strengths.
Location: Perth
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $78,000-$110,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)

About the Role:
- Work within a specialist multidisciplinary team and collaborate with experienced clinicians who are leaders in supporting adults with complex needs under the NDIS.
- Develop expertise in your chosen OT specialty – Shape your role around your interests, with support and opportunities for further training and qualifications in areas such as: Functional Capacity Assessments, Home Modifications, Sensory Processing, Safe Travel & Community Access, Positive Behaviour Support.
- Deliver life-changing outcomes by designing environments that best support each person’s individual needs and goals.
- Design and implement collaborative therapy programs that support independence at home and in the community.
- Manage your schedule to suit your lifestyle-work from one of our local hubs or spend your days out in the community between appointments.
- Participate in inclusive community events and projects through strong partnerships with organisations
About You:
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- A strong person-centred approach and passion for empowering adults
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working both independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals, families, and stakeholders
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and high-quality service delivery
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Relevant vaccinations
