Salary Range: $85,380.74 – $104,551.89 (depending on experience) + superannuation + salary packaging

About the Role: We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team, with opportunities across various hubs throughout Melbourne. You will work with both adults and young people, delivering evidence-based, best-practice therapy services. These roles are available on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
In this role, you will:
- Provide therapy in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and the community, with a focus on improving functional skills, promoting physical health, and enhancing participation in everyday activities.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team that includes Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
- Offer indirect client and family coordination to help clients achieve their goals.
About You: You are an enthusiastic, qualified Occupational Therapist with:
- Experience working in a transdisciplinary or multidisciplinary team model.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and support clients with disabilities.
- A commitment to building positive relationships with clients and their families, working collaboratively to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- A focus on continuous improvement, self-reflection, and developing skills in new clinical areas.
- Proficiency in using IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
- AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapy).
- A valid Australian driver’s license and access to your own vehicle, with a willingness to travel between locations across Melbourne as needed.
