The Role – Occupational Therapist:
- Manage a diverse caseload, delivering high-quality, person-centred therapy
- Provide assessments, intervention plans, and therapy recommendations
- Work in home, community, school, or group home settings
- Complete admin and reporting from home, offering true flexibility
The Role – OT Team Leader:
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of OTs
- Reduced KPIs to balance leadership responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance, case reviews, and professional development
- Manage a smaller personal caseload, ensuring work/life balance
- Collaborate closely with the Area Manager for ongoing support
Who We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in NDIS, disability, or community-based therapy (preferred but not essential)
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- A passion for mentoring and developing junior clinicians (for Team Leader role)
- NSW unrestricted driver’s license and own vehicle for client visits
