The Role – Occupational Therapist:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, delivering high-quality, person-centred therapy
  • Provide assessments, intervention plans, and therapy recommendations
  • Work in home, community, school, or group home settings
  • Complete admin and reporting from home, offering true flexibility

The Role – OT Team Leader:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of OTs
  • Reduced KPIs to balance leadership responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance, case reviews, and professional development
  • Manage a smaller personal caseload, ensuring work/life balance
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Manager for ongoing support

Who We’re Looking For:

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in NDIS, disability, or community-based therapy (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • A passion for mentoring and developing junior clinicians (for Team Leader role)
  • NSW unrestricted driver’s license and own vehicle for client visits
