Duties and Responsibilties:

  • Deliver impactful clinical and therapeutic interventions across Disability and Community settings

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior therapists, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of care

  • Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and design tailored therapy plans aligned with participant goals

  • Collaborate closely with participants, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive, person-centred outcomes

  • Contribute to service innovation through continuous improvement initiatives and strategic development projects

  • Operate autonomously while being backed by a supportive and experienced team
