Duties and Responsibilties:

Deliver impactful clinical and therapeutic interventions across Disability and Community settings

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior therapists, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of care

Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and design tailored therapy plans aligned with participant goals

Collaborate closely with participants, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive, person-centred outcomes

Contribute to service innovation through continuous improvement initiatives and strategic development projects

Operate autonomously while being backed by a supportive and experienced team
