Occupational Therapists

We are working with respected Not-for-Profit aged care providers across Perth metro and Regional WA to recruit multiple Occupational Therapists for a range of permanent full-time and part-time opportunities. You’ll join collaborative, supportive multidisciplinary teams with strong opportunities for professional growth and development.

- A relocation opportunity at a residential aged care facility in Albany, WA, with relocation assistance and accommodation subsidisation available
- A permanent full-time position with an immediate start in a residential aged care facility in Perth’s northern suburbs

The Role:
- Conduct functional, environmental, and equipment assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy and rehabilitation plans
- Recommend and prescribe assistive equipment, mobility aids, and home modifications
- Support residents to maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing
- Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, care staff, and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation to professional standards
- Contribute to manual handling, falls prevention, and wellbeing programs
- Deliver individual and group therapeutic activities
- Participate in continuous improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- 1-4 years’ experience in residential aged care or a related setting
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and adapt to changing priorities
- A collaborative, person-centred approach
- Up-to-date COVID & Flu vaccinations
