  • Residential, community, hospital, NDIS, mental health, locum, and occupational rehab positions
  • Roles across Perth Metro and Regional locations
  • Regional allowance $10 p/hr and accommodation available
  • Permanent full-time and part-time positions
  • Salary: $85k-$116k + Super, with salary packaging options
  • Work in Not-for-Profit organisations with a strong focus on quality of life and wellbeing

The Roles:

  • Conduct functional, environmental, and equipment assessments for clients
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy and rehabilitation plans
  • Recommend and prescribe assistive equipment, mobility aids, and home modifications
  • Support clients to maintain independence, safety, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, care staff, and families to deliver holistic care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards
  • Contribute to manual handling, falls prevention, and wellbeing programs
  • Plan and implement individual or group therapeutic activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide evidence-based recommendations

The successful candidate will have:

  • Current full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Relevant experience in any allied health or client-focused setting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage complex workloads and adapt to changing priorities
  • Customer-focused and collaborative approach with stakeholders
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • COVID and Flu vaccination
