This is a community-based position where you will be visiting your NDIS clients in their home so you will manage your own caseload and you must have your own vehicle with a QLD unrestricted driving licence. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement for work/life balance.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Occupational Team Leader and several Occupational Therapists who are ready for their next career move.

We are keen to hear from any AHPRA Registered occupational therapists at all levels from new graduates right the way through to senior OT’s & Team Leads who have supervisory experience.

For the OT Team Leader position – if you are a Senior OT and are looking for the next step up the ladder and really enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing others along with managing your own reduced caseload, then we would love to hear from you.

We are happy to consider full time or 4 days a week where there is a hybrid/flexible work from home model where you can achieve work/life balance which is at the heart of their company culture.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • You will have a diverse caseload providing high quality clinical supports in home or community settings such as schools and group homes
  • You will be responsible for providing assessment, intervention, reporting, therapy planning and clinical recommendation within the scope of your clinical discipline
  • Review and create support plans and conduct assessments for your own caseload
  • Develop person-centred, evidence-informed support plans in line with the person’s goals and NDIS funding
  • You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload
  • Salary: $85k-$100k + super + bonus/incentives worth up to $18k per annum

As an OT Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a small team and you will be fully supported and developed by your Area Manager as you embrace this position
  • We can also confirm that you will have reduced KPI’s to reflect the size of your team and your leadership responsibilities
  • There will be lots of clinical support and professional development for you to grow to the next level
  • Provide support with personal development for your small team
  • Review and create support plans and conduct assessments for your own caseload
  • Develop person-centred, evidence-informed support plans in line with the person’s goals and NDIS funding
  • You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload
  • Salary: $100k-$115k + super + bonus/incentives worth up to $20k per annum
