  • All Levels of BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONERS including Team Leaders
  • Hybrid working arrangements to avoid burn-out
  • Permanent Full Time or 3-4 Days a Week – You Choose!
  • $85K-$125K depending on experience + super + 5 extra days paid leave + 20% bonus worth up to $20k

About the Company:
Our clients are both large and small leading NDIS Community Service providers offering high quality services to locals across Western Australia. They provide essential support that is holistic, person-centred and culturally inclusive to support their clients and families on their journey. Their flexible work model enables you to work with clients at their home, school or workplace.

Various Positions Available Across Perth:
We are looking for Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners (all levels from Core to Advanced) along with Team Leaders. You will be responsible for delivering quality services to people with disabilities via integrated planning and direct individual support.

Our clients have really great, local teams based in WA and due to increased demand, these newly created positions are now an urgent requirement due to the amount of clients who need assistance with managing challenging behaviours. We can offer a mixed caseload with clients across the lifespan or alternatively, we can dovetail a specific portfolio around your passion and preference. Our clients have many advanced and proficient level practitioners, who will be on hand for your support and development.

PBS Team Leader – Proficient Level – Perth Metro or Joondalup or Cockburn

  • Proficient Level Practitioner or someone who is close to being endorsed at this level
  • Hybrid WFH & Mixed Caseload – Community NDIS clients
  • Small team – reduced KPI, smaller/reduced caseload whilst in a leadership position
  • $115k-$125k + super + $20k bonus worth an extra $10K Per Annum + 5 days extra paid annual leave
  • Career progression and professional development

Senior PBS Practitioner – CORE or Proficient Level – SOR/Cannington/Cockburn or NOR/Joondalup area

  • Fun Team environment & supportive leadership
  • $90k-$105k + super + bonus worth an extra $20K Per Annum
  • Hybrid WFH & Mixed Caseload – Community NDIS clients
  • Team Supervision experience helpful – coaching, mentoring junior level practitioners
  • Excellent career progression and pathway

PBS Practitioner – Core Level – Perth Metro and Inner Suburbs area

  • Hybrid WFH & Mixed Caseload – Community NDIS clients
  • $85k-$95k + super + bonus worth an extra $20K Per Annum
  • KPI – 5 billable hours a day with a small caseload compared to most providers
  • Career progression and professional development
  • Fun Team environment & supportive leadership
  • Opportunity to be endorsed at Proficient Level if you have the correct experience / knowledge

What we’re looking for:

  • Registration as a Core level by the NDIS to practice as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Tertiary qualification is helpful in a relevant Human Services area
  • Demonstrated experience of the assessment and delivery of Services and report writing within the timeframe
  • A current and valid driver’s license, Working With Children (WWC) Check, NDIS Workers screen and First Aid certification
  • Supervisory or team management experience is helpful for Team Leader positions
