This healthcare facility has been a vital part of the community for multiple years, delivering a comprehensive array of medical, surgical, and rehabilitation services. With 72 beds, it offers expertise in numerous specialties, including bariatric care, dental services, general surgery, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, urology, vascular treatments, and day surgery.

The Exciting Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity is now available for a driven and experienced clinician to join a management team!

In the role of Perioperative Services Nurse Manager, you will collaborate with the theatre floor manager to ensure exceptional patient care across 7 operating theatres, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

The Successful Candidate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of five year’s post-graduate nursing experience, with at least three years in a perioperative setting
• Proven knowledge as a senior nurse
• Management or relevant post-graduate specialty qualifications
• Experience in overseeing the recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of clinical staff
