Zenith Search is actively recruiting experienced Personal Care Assistants to join our growing Agency Team, supporting Residential Aged Care facilities across Perth.

With ongoing Flexible Shifts across multiple Aged Care providers, this is a fantastic opportunity for Local Carers seeking Excellent Agency Pay Rates, Consistent Shift Options and True Roster Control close to home.

About You:
You are a confident and dependable Personal Care Assistant with a strong ability to adapt across residential aged care environments. You integrate seamlessly into new teams and consistently deliver high-quality care.

You will bring:

  • A caring and person-centred approach to all residents
  • Strong personal care skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility suited to agency work

You will work closely with Registered Nurses and the wider Healthcare Team to support residents in their daily care needs and contribute to positive outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Recent experience working as a Carer in Aged Care
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
  • National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
  • Covid and Flu Vaccinations
