We have multiple permanent full-time and part-time roles within residential aged care settings.

  • Residential Aged Care positions across Perth Metro
  • Starting rate $47-$53 per hour (depending on experience) + super + salary packaging
  • Permanent full-time and part-time roles available

The Roles:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical, mobility, and functional assessments
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment, rehabilitation, and pain-management plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
  • Provide mobility training, balance programs, and reablement therapies
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, nurses, and care staff
  • Contribute to falls-prevention programs, manual handling reviews, and mobility strategies
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes in line with professional standards
  • Support residents to maintain independence, safety, and optimal physical wellbeing

The successful candidate will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • 1-4 years’ experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (newer clinicians also encouraged)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing priorities
  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach
  • COVID & Flu vaccinations
