Clinic Registered Nurse – Primary Health (Aboriginal Health Sector)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 – $132,000 p.a. + super + benefits

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services to clients
• Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams on patient care
• Assist with procedures, case conferencing, and care planning
• Manage immunisations, recalls, and preventative health programs
• Provide education, advice, and referrals to clients and families
• Support chronic disease management and health promotion initiatives

You’ll work closely with GPs, nursing staff, Aboriginal Health Workers, and program teams, playing a key role in delivering holistic, culturally appropriate care.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and ability to operate a 4WD vehicle.
• Demonstrated experience in primary healthcare or community health settings
• Understanding of Aboriginal health issues and cultural awareness
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team
• National Police Clearance and relevant Immunisation Records.
