Primary Health Nurses dedicated to serving Aboriginal communities with respect, empathy, and understanding. Committed to addressing the unique healthcare needs of Aboriginal peoples by providing holistic care, promoting health education, and advocating for health equity.

Provide community and clinic based assessment, intervention, counselling and therapeutic support of children and young people aged up to 18 years with mental health.

Aged care Nurses provide high quality of care to the elderly population in residential aged care and community based.

Providing a range of specialist, evidence-based interventions that address the mental health needs of children, young people and their families

Collaborating with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and key stakeholders to identify community needs, plan, implement and evaluate health services.

The Successful Candidate:

• Looking for Permanent Full Time, Part Time employment or fixed term employment
• Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance
• Experience in mental health preferred and passion to work with kids!
• AHPRA Registration
• Happy to undertake Regional or Metro based employment
