As Zenith Search launches its Sydney office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the market entry, building client relationships, and setting the foundations for a high-performing NSW operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage Zenith’s existing national client relationships to establish and grow NSW revenue
• Develop new client partnerships across Sydney and broader NSW
• Recruit across Civil Construction, Commercial Building, Healthcare, or IT sectors
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
• Play a hands-on role in shaping the strategy, structure and growth of the Sydney office
• Mentor and support junior consultants as the team scales (where applicable)

About You

• Proven experience in agency recruitment
• Background in Civil Construction, Commercial Building recruitment, Healthcare, or IT sectors
• Strong understanding of the Sydney / NSW market
• Established client and candidate networks (highly regarded)
• Commercially minded with a relationship-led approach
• Comfortable operating autonomously and contributing to building a new office
• Leadership experience or clear ambition to step into leadership
