Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner – Darwin
- Must be NDIS endorsed BSP with a Proficient or Advanced level endorsement
- Darwin based clinic with regional and remote outreach services
- A competitive annual salary of up to $125,000 (plus superannuation + mileage reimbursement) based on your skills and experience
- $5,000 housing allowance
- $7,000 relocation allowance which includes the NT Government Relocation Subsidy)

We wanted to make you aware of a newly created, permanent position for Proficient or Advanced Level PBS Lead or PBS Clinical Manager based in Darwin, Northern Territory.

The Position:
Our client is currently seeing an Advanced/Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner who is ready to take their career to the next level to take on the role as a Clinical Lead
Responsibilities will include:
- Fostering relationships with support coordinators and referral sources
- Assisting with recruitment, on boarding, and performance management
- Managing your own caseload – mixed clients across the lifespan
- Leading team meetings and supporting a positive workplace culture
- Collaborating with business and administration teams to optimise clinic efficiency
- Monitoring and driving clinic performance to meet KPI targets
- Providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in any allied health discipline
- Endorsed at either Proficient or Advanced Level in Behaviour Support
- Be Darwin based or be mobile and able to relocate to Darwin permanently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Organisational and time management skills to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
- A proactive and solution focused approach to therapy delivery
- Leadership skills and the ability to supervise a small team
