What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality control procedures.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts, ensuring solutions are practical, efficient, and cost-effective.
  • Conduct neccessary permits for works.
  • Track site progress and manage QA/QC.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Managment or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in working on commercial buildings projects (MUST)
  • Strong experience with QA/QC, tracking site progress and doing permits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills-ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation, detail, and high-quality execution.
