Project Engineer/Coordinator

We are currently partnering with a leading client developer delivering a large-scale data centre project and are seeking a driven Project Engineer / Coordinator to join their site-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a long-term role within a business experiencing exponential growth across the AI infrastructure and data centre sector.

The Opportunity
Our client is at the forefront of developing, delivering, and operating Data Centre projects and is rapidly expanding in line with the increasing demand for data centre infrastructure. Working on-site, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of this flagship project while gaining exposure to cutting-edge builds in a booming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the project
• Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, tracking key milestones and deliverables
• Manage QA/QC processes, ensuring all works meet required standards and specifications
• Assist with contract administration, including document control and subcontractor coordination
• Organise and coordinate meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and the head contractor
• Act as a key point of communication across site teams and stakeholders
• Monitor site progress to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within scope

About You

• 2+ years experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator within construction or infrastructure
• Exposure to large-scale or technically complex projects (data centre experience highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and project documentation processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
