Project Engineers/Coordinators

We are recruiting on behalf of three well-established construction businesses delivering some of the largest and most complex building projects in the market. With a strong long-term pipeline secured, these companies are looking to bring on Project Engineers and Project Coordinators across multiple locations.

About the Projects

You will be working on major building construction projects, including:

  • Hospitals and health infrastructure

  • High-rise commercial and residential towers

  • Data centres and mission-critical facilities

Project values range from $100M+ through to $1B+, offering genuine exposure to complex, technically challenging builds.

Opportunities are available on:

  • Client-side (Developer)

  • Contractor-side (Head contractor)

  • Developer/Builder

Locations

Multiple roles available:

  • North of the River

  • South of the River

  • CBD-based projects

About the Role

Depending on experience, you will be involved in:

  • Supporting Project Managers and Senior Engineers on major builds

  • Contract administration and procurement

  • Programme and cost tracking

  • Design coordination and consultant management

  • Site coordination and subcontractor interface

  • Quality, safety, and reporting requirements

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar

  • Proven experience in building construction (essential)

  • Experience on projects $30M+ (mandatory)

  • Exposure to large-scale projects ($100M+ highly regarded)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • The ability to work in fast-paced, high-performing project teams
