Project Manager

The opportunity:

Exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading, renowned and dynamic commercial construction business focusing on industrial building construction. Due to continued growth and awarding of projects, our client is on the hunt for a motivated Project Manager to join the business and continue to deliver their respected capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive projects to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule.
  • Liase with clients on project variations, schedules and updates.
  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and sub-contractors.
  • Manage project administration.

About You:

  • Strong experience in managing resources and procurement.
  • Proactive and positive approach/attitude, with strong communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in construction management of commercial/industrial buildings.
