Project Manager – Boutique Builder | Apartments & Government Works
Sydney, NSW | Up to $200k + Super | Full Autonomy & Strong Support Team

Our client is a well-respected boutique builder based in Sydney, known for delivering high-quality apartment builds and select government projects. With a strong pipeline of work and an enviable reputation among clients and subcontractors, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to step in and lead the way.

The Role:

You’ll oversee projects from start to finish – planning, procurement, delivery and handover – managing timelines, budgets and client relationships with precision and confidence.

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multi-residential or government construction space

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes and contracts

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on track and on budget
