Project Manager

Step into a leadership role with a strong pipeline of work and career growth into Construction or Operations Management.

Our client is a dyamic and expanding commercial builder with a proven track record across residential and mixed-use developments. Backed by strong financial support and a forward pipeline of diverse projects, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an $8M apartment development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on ownership and autonomy, with a clear pathway to evolve into a Construction Manager or Operations Manager position as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all project phases from tendering, pre-construction through to delivery and close-out

  • Manage head contracts and subcontractor agreements

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program, quality, and budget targets are met

  • Lead and motivate project teams across site and office

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on commercial or multi-residential construction projects

  • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle, including tendering and contracts administration

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Solid understanding of local construction codes and processes

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
