The business operates efficiently, supported by modern systems, streamlined processes, and strong leadership, allowing you to deliver high-quality projects without burning out.

The Role:

  • End-to-end project management across multiple industrial/commercial builds (up to $30M).

  • Overseeing design development, procurement, programming, and delivery.

  • Managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

  • Leading and mentoring site teams to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met.

  • Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Reporting regularly to senior management and stakeholders on progress.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the industrial/commercial sector.

  • Proven background delivering tilt-up or similar scale construction projects.

  • Strong financial, programming, and contract management skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Team-focused attitude and a desire to be part of a company that truly values its people.
