Project Manager – Construction

Commercial | Industrial | Residential | Projects up to $15M

We’re partnering with a new and rapidly growing construction company that’s building a strong reputation across commercial, industrial and residential projects. With a solid pipeline of secured work and a genuinely positive team culture, this business is now looking to appoint a Project Manager to support continued growth.

This role will see you come on board to deliver a $4M showroom tilt-up project, with a clear pathway to larger and more diverse projects as the business expands.

  • Manage projects across commercial, industrial and residential sectors

About You

This opportunity is well suited to someone stepping into, or recently established as, a Project Manager.

You may come from:

  • Site Management, or

  • Contract Administration,

and be ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Key skills & experience:

  • Construction experience across commercial and/or industrial projects

  • Exposure to project delivery, programming, cost control and subcontractor management

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Desire to grow with a business rather than be “just a number”
