We’re partnering with a well-established, family-run commercial builder with a strong reputation across the Perth market. Known for their supportive culture, and consistent delivery of high-quality projects, this business has built long-standing relationships and a solid pipeline of repeat work.
With continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit team. You will have the opportunity to deliver projects across a diverse range of commercial projects:
- Commercial new builds & refurbishments
- Hospitality, retail & workplace fit-outs
- Healthcare & aged care
- Education & community projects

The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you’ll manage projects end-to-end – from early planning through to completion – with a high level of autonomy and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full lifecycle project delivery (pre-construction through to handover & defects)
- Leading site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Managing program, budget, and quality outcomes
- Overseeing contracts, variations, and risk management
- Preparing cost forecasts, reports, and project updates
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and HSEQ requirements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
You’re a well-rounded Project Manager who enjoys working in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment.
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end
- Strong leadership skills with a team-first mindset
- Solid commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
- Full Australian working rights (essential)
