Project Manager – $300M+ Luxury High-Rise

Deliver a Landmark $300M Luxury High-Rise | Up to $270K Package | Tier 1 Environment

This is an opportunity to join an experienced Tier 1 contractor and play a key role in delivering a $300M+ luxury high-rise development – a genuine landmark project that will become one of the most recognisable developments in the market.

We’re looking for either an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering projects around the $50M+ mark, or a Senior Project Engineer ready to take the next step into a Project Manager role.

This is not a role where you’ll be thrown in the deep end. You’ll be joining a highly experienced Tier 1 team with strong systems, processes, mentoring and support around you.

About You

We’re open to two profiles:

Project Manager

You’ll have a proven track record delivering complex construction projects, ideally with experience managing projects or major packages in the $50M+ range. High-rise, commercial, residential or complex construction experience will be highly regarded.

Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer ready to step up

You may currently be operating as a strong SPE and feel ready for the next challenge. You’ll have solid project delivery experience, strong technical capability and the confidence to take on greater responsibility with the support of an experienced leadership team.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to grow, develop and build a long-term career with a contractor that has the projects and infrastructure to support that.
