About the Company

Our client operates within the energy and infrastructure sector, delivering projects that support critical transmission infrastructure. With a strong focus on safety, quality and project delivery, they offer an opportunity to join a professional team working on significant infrastructure projects.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take full delivery responsibility for two concurrent transmission projects on a FIFO basis. You will lead project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, programme, commercial and quality objectives are achieved.

Working closely with an established leadership team, you will have the support of an Operations Manager, Construction Manager and Senior Project Engineer.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of two concurrent energy and transmission projects, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety targets are met.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, fostering a strong safety culture and maintaining productive client relationships.
• Oversee commercial performance, cost control, forecasting, risk management and project reporting.
• Coordinate construction activities, resources and work fronts to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, maintaining momentum and delivering successful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven Project Management experience delivering civil infrastructure and/or energy projects.
• A strong understanding of construction methodologies, programme management, commercial controls and project delivery.
• Experience leading teams, managing client relationships and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Ideally, experience in overhead transmission line construction, including tower assembly and erection, gantry works and stringing.

• The flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia, subject to FIFO arrangements.
