Project Manager- Civil Construction

Location: HQ in Gladstone but hybrid working arrangements
Job Type: Full-time permanent role
Salary: $200k-$220k + super + vehicle

About the Company

Our client is a respected leader in the civil construction sector, known for have a vast delivery capability across Queensland. They are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team and contribute help build their presence and size in Central. With already established operations in different parts of the state

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step into a dynamic role offering both challenge and growth. Although delivery will be a key component of the role, you will have the opportunity to exercise your business development skills, pre-contract skills & team building skills. This role will really give someone the opportunity to showcase every skill that a top Project Manager posseses

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience with project programming, cost and quality control, procurement and supplier engagement
• Assist with the Pre-Contracts team
• Grow, Build & Manage project delivery teams
• Work closely with the director & operations manager to build this contractors presence in the region

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Relevant project delivery experience in the Gladstone region
• Degree qualified in civil engineering
• Knowledge of the local clientel and landscape of the region
• Drive, determination & perserverance are a must!
