Project Manager – Pipelines

Duties

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure safety compliance.
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Allocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply your knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices to solve complex problems and ensure project success.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to monitor construction activities, inspect workmanship, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Succesful history of delivering pipeline projects.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Ability to support and implement strategies to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Experience in maintaining and monitoring project progress.
  • Conducting investigations, and designing solutions to meet project objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience delivering major water infrastructure projects including treatment plants, pipelines & reservoirs.
