Project Manager – Subdivision

• $140 – $170K + VEHICLE + SUPER

• South East Queensland based projects

This role, based in the Queensland region, entails overseeing land development and infrastructure projects for multiple civil contractors. The primary focus is on ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and schedule, meeting client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling project objectives
• Planning and scheduling projects
• Managing client relationships
• Monitoring construction crew and subcontractor performance
• Addressing performance issues
• Reporting production costs
• Procuring equipment and materials
• Reviewing and approving management plans

Qualifications for this role include:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant engineering experience in civil, urban, or infrastructure projects
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure
• Familiarity with local councils and service authorities
• Proficiency in client relationship management
• Effective subcontractor management
• Contract management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
