Project Planner Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning process for assigned projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to track and report on planning activities.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and contribute to developing mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to project leads or managers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Essential proficiency in Pronto or P6 software is required to effectively manage and coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on track.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment, supporting project goals and deadlines.
