Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (3-4 days a week)
Salary: $110k-$130k + super + benefits depending on your level

The Role
The Registered Psychologist delivers evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation services to clients across the lifespan. Working within a multidisciplinary allied health team, you will support individuals presenting with a range of mental health, developmental, behavioural, and psychosocial needs, including clients accessing NDIS, private referrals, and other funding streams.
You will be responsible for:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioural, emotional, and functional evaluations
- Working with NDIS participants (self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed) and Private clients and Medicare-referred clients
- Supporting clients who have behavioural, developmental, and mental health presentations
- Develop formulation-based treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to increase functional capacity and goal-based intervention planning
- Provide individual therapy using modalities such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
- Support clients with complex presentations, including co-occurring mental health and disability needs
- Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions with psychologists, behaviour support practitioners, OT, and speech pathology
- Develop reports, progress notes, and clinical documentation in line with professional and funding requirements
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, schools, and other service providers
- Participate in risk assessment and safety planning where required
- Hybrid of office-based and community-based service delivery

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- General Registered Psychologist with AHPRA
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, report writing, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice
