*** EXCITING LEADERSHIP POSITION WORKING IN COMMUNITY NDIS ***

Our Client:

Work for one of Australia’s most successful organisations who are allied health specialists in the NDIS area. They are unlike other providers because they do not ‘work their staff into the ground’ and really value their employees by offering them a fun and collaborative culture along with lots of support, career development and realistic kpi’s.

Our client has been nominated for multiple industry awards and they are able to offer their employees more than other providers which has resulted in their employees having long term tenure within the organisation and a definitive career pathway along with reward and recognition.

Did I mention that they have won multiple awards ? In 2024 they were voted #4th Best Place to Work 2024 in Healthcare by the Australian Financial Review so you can definitely expect a great company culture with a fantastic leadership team and strong staff retention / low staff turnover.

The Exciting Opportunity:

Due to growth and our client being awarded new contracts, an exciting opportunity has become available for a AHPRA Senior Registered Psychologist or Psychologist Team Leader who is ready for their next career move into a healthy working environment with lots of support.

We are keen to hear from any Team Leaders or experienced Senior Psychologists who are looking for the next step up the ladder. You will need to enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing others along with managing your own NDIS Community caseload.

You will be responsible for leading a small team and you will be fully supported and developed by your Area Manager as you embrace this promotion. We can also confirm that you will have reduced KPI’s to reflect the size of your team and your leadership responsibilities.

We are happy to consider full time or 4 days a week/9 day fortnight where there is a hybrid/flexible work from home model where you can achieve work/life balance which is at the heart of their company culture.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate Psychologists, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports & recommendation letters along with providing feedback on your teams support plans where required
  • Provide support with personal development for your team
  • Checking NDIS reports and referrals where required for your team as part of their development
  • You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support
  • Review and create support plans and conduct assessments for your own caseload
  • Develop person-centred, evidence-informed support plans in line with the person’s goals and NDIS funding
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills
  • You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload

What you can expect in return:

  • Highly competitive salary ranging from $110k-$120k + super
  • $1,000 towards Career Professional Development annually
  • Reduced KPI’s to reflect the size of your team and management responsibilities
  • 20% bonus (based on your salary) paid quarterly
  • All mileage paid at 96c per Km plus tolls, and parking if needed
  • Annual salary review in June
  • 4 extra days of annual leave to spend on ‘You days’, additional “fur-baby leave” day, plus volunteer & parental leave
  • Paid Study Leave
  • Excellent onboarding, training, career development & support from highly experienced managers throughout your career, in addition to a professional development allowance
  • Genuine flexibility, work/life balance, option to be based from home and manageable caseloads
  • Great Company Culture = you are not just there to ‘bill hours’ they want you to love going to work and feel that you are growing and have lots of opportunity to progress in your career
