Zenith Healthcare is part of Zenith Executive Search and our healthcare area has experienced exponential growth. We are now looking to hire a couple of Associate/Junior Recruitment Consultants for these newly created positions, to join our fun and lively team.
We pride ourselves on teamwork and working cohesively together, treating each other with respect whilst empowering each other, to reach our personal best. We do not burn our consultants out to the point of exhaustion and believe in a structured, organised and well planned, targeted approach which will set you up to succeed.
This is a rare opportunity where you can come into our healthcare business and start earning commission from day one if you have the passion, drive, focus and communication skills.
Candidates from a recruitment or HR environment will be highly regarded. However, if you have worked in a call centre or high-volume sales environment, where you speak with a lot of people on a daily basis, then we would love to hear from you.
We are able to offer you a busy business area to work in which has in excess of 50+ live permanent jobs right now for you to recruit talented healthcare professionals. Full training will be provided by your manager to support you. We are looking for confident individuals who demonstrate really good communication skills because you will be speaking to lots of people over the phone on a daily basis.
The Exciting Opportunity:
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Candidate Resourcing (purely candidate focused initially)
- Contacting candidates already on our database and other digital platforms to see if they are looking for their next career move
- Preparing candidate resumes to send out to our clients
- Adding talent and building the healthcare database with specific skilled candidates
- Adding client contacts to the database
- Asking candidates for referrals and recommendations to generate new nursing talent
- Administration, data entry and emailing
- Working closely with your manager to gain an understanding of our clients needs
- Daily update of our Work in Progress and Live Jobs
- Writing adverts and sending out eshots to candidates
About You!
- Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
- Enjoy speaking with candidates on the phone
- Motivated to meet KPI’s in order to be rewarded with financial incentives
- Bachelor’s degree
- Goal orientated, driven and ambitious
- Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
- Computer Literate
