What We Are Looking For:

• Someone who is passionate about connecting caring professionals with meaningful roles.
• A motivated Resourcer to join our aged care recruitment team and play a key role in finding, engaging, and supporting talent across the sector.
• Experience in resourcing or recruitment (aged care or health preferred, but not essential).
• If you have not done resourcing or recruitment before but have a desire to join recruitment and have strong communication, confident on the phone and relationship building skills we encourage you to apply.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in aged care and making a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and attract high-quality candidates for registered nurses, care, hospitality, and support roles in aged care.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand workforce needs.
• Maintain accurate records in our recruitment system and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
