What We Are Looking For:
- Someone who is passionate about connecting caring professionals with meaningful roles.
- A motivated Resourcer to join our aged care recruitment team and play a key role in finding, engaging, and supporting talent across the sector.
- Experience in resourcing or recruitment (aged care or health preferred, but not essential).
- If you have not done resourcing or recruitment before but have a desire to join recruitment and have strong communication, confident on the phone and relationship building skills we encourage you to apply.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in aged care and making a difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and attract high-quality candidates for registered nurses, care, hospitality, and support roles in aged care.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand workforce needs.
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment system and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
