Our Client:
We are looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join an AMAZING Aged Care provider. They are known for their outstanding team, valuing their staff, positive culture and WORK/LIFE BALANCE and you will care for a small number of residents due to AMAZING STAFF TO RESIDENT RATIO! Key Responsibilities of this role:
  • Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Dealing with falls, undertaking assessments, intervention and observation
  • Medication administration
  • Supervising carers on shift and providing direction
  • Updating care plans and assessments
  • SIRS management – incident reporting and investigation
  • Supporting the residents’ families
  • Wound management
​The Successful Candidate:
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in aged care working in a residential setting
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
