Residential Aged Care – Albury

Permanent Part time positions available 3 days per week

1 x RN in charge required for Night Shifts – Sun, Mon and Tues

1 x RN required for PM shifts – Fri, Sat and Sun (great weekend loading)

Night Duty starting at $54 + Loading + Super + $18,500 Salary Packaging

PM Shifts will pay dependent on experience + loading + super + Salary packaging

The Role:

• Undertake assessments, create care plans and nursing interventions in partnership with consumers and/or their representatives, in line with consumer needs and preferences, professional guidelines and organisational processes.
• Liaise with medical, allied health, pharmacies, service providers and equipment providers to ensure a holistic, comprehensive delivery of care.
• Document and report care interventions, observations, changes in needs and consumer feedback in a accurate, objective and efficient manner.
• Coordinate staff as required on a shift-by-shift basis
• Assist in the review and dissemination of clinical policies, procedures and assessment tools under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Provide clinical advice and education to persona l care staff to ensure appropriate care.

The successful candidate will have:

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• A passion and empathy for working with older residents and their family
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia
• National Police Clearance
• Proof of 2024 Influenza vaccination and covid vaccinations
• NDIS Clearance
