Registered Nurse

We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses for a range of organisations with residential aged care facilities across regional Western Australia. With sponsorship opportunities available in selected locations, this is an excellent opportunity for eligible nurses to join supportive teams, deliver meaningful care, and build a rewarding career in regional communities.

The Role:

  • Undertake assessments, create care plans and nursing interventions in partnership with consumers and/or their representatives, in line with consumer needs and preferences, professional guidelines and organisational processes. 
  • Liaise with medical, allied health, pharmacies, service providers and equipment providers to ensure a holistic, comprehensive delivery of care. 
  • Document and report care interventions, observations, changes in needs and consumer feedback in a accurate, objective and efficient manner. 
  • Coordinate staff as required on a shift-by-shift basis 
  • Assist in the review and dissemination of clinical policies, procedures and assessment tools under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager. 
  • Provide clinical advice and education to persona l care staff to ensure appropriate care. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience ideally in an aged care working in a residential setting
  • Able to work AM, PM Monday – Sunday
  • Sound understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Current National Police Clearance and NDIS screening
  • Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
