Location: Warrnambool VIC alongside the Gorgeous Great Ocean Road

Permanent Part time and Full time Positions Available

1 x Part time RN completing 6 shifts a fortnight

2 x Part time or Full time RN to do AM or Nights or a combination of both

2 x Part time or Full time Endorsed Enrolled Nurses AM or Nights or combination of both

The Role:

  • Undertake assessments, create care plans and nursing interventions in partnership with consumers and/or their representatives, in line with consumer needs and preferences, professional guidelines and organisational processes.
  • Liaise with medical, allied health, pharmacies, service providers and equipment providers to ensure a holistic, comprehensive delivery of care.
  • Document and report care interventions, observations, changes in needs and consumer feedback in a accurate, objective and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate staff as required on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Assist in the review and dissemination of clinical policies, procedures and assessment tools under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager.
  • Provide clinical advice and education to persona l care staff to ensure appropriate care.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Diploma of Nursing for Endorsed Enrolled Nurses
  • A passion and empathy for working with older residents and their family
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • National Police Clearance
  • Proof of 2024 Influenza vaccination and covid vaccinations
  • NDIS Clearance
