About the Company
Our client is a highly respected private psychology practice specialising in neurodivergence caseloads. They are known for providing high-quality, person-centred therapy across the lifespan, with a primary focus on children and adolescents with neurodivergent presentations. The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Psychologist to join a dynamic, neurodiversity-affirming clinic, offering both challenge and professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
* Conducting cognitive, behavioural, developmental, or diagnostic assessments depending on your skillset.
* Supporting clients and families with formulations, strategies, and neuro-affirming insights.
* Liaising with schools, GPs, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals.
* Creating safe, affirming spaces for neurodivergent clients across the lifespan.
* Participating in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
You’ll work closely with the clinical team and be a key part of a multidisciplinary, collaborative, and supportive practice.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Registered Psychologist with AHPRA (endorsed or non-endorsed, new grads welcome.)
* Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
* Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practice.
* Strong clinical, organisational, and collaborative skills.
* Interest or experience in neurodivergence, trauma, or family-based work is desirable (not essential).
