Our client is a well-established and highly respected healthcare provider in the psychology sector, known for its collaborative, patient-focused approach and multidisciplinary team culture. They are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join their Perth team and contribute to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care across a variety of client presentations.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Registered Psychologist to step into a dynamic role offering both clinical challenge and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct psychological assessments, formulation, and evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents presenting with a range of mental health, behavioural, developmental, and neurodevelopmental concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs and goals.
  • Work with presentations including anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural concerns, ADHD, autism, social challenges, and other mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, carers, schools, paediatricians, psychiatrists, GPs, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and other stakeholders to support positive outcomes.
  • Prepare clinical documentation including assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and correspondence to referrers.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to a collaborative team approach to care.
  • Build and maintain professional referral relationships within the local community and healthcare network.
  • Engage in regular supervision, professional development, and ongoing learning to support clinical growth and best-practice service delivery.
  • Where desired, participate in neurodevelopmental assessments, including ADHD and Autism assessments, alongside therapeutic intervention.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Current General Registration as a Psychologist with Psychology Board of Australia and registration through AHPRA.
  • Experience in assessment and intervention across a variety of client populations.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • A commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and high-quality client care.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
