Location: Western Sydney Suburbs, heading towards Penrith, NSW
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90k – $120k + super + bonus + travel reimbursement + hybrid
About the Company
Our client is a respected national leader in the Community NDIS area, known for delivering best-practice therapy to their clients. They are looking for a Registered Psychologist to contribute to provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits and centre-based services. Referrals may come through the NDIS, Medicare or privately.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Psychologist who is seeking variety, support and clinical growth (without micromanagement). This is a mobile role, with the option to work from home or from any of their hubs when not seeing clients. The role will involve the following:
- Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
- Working within the NDIS to maximise clients’ level of function, capacity & social engagement
- Managing a varied caseload
- Meeting company expectations around billables & effective client management
- Completing reports, referrals and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Fully Registered AHPRA General Psychologist or in the process of applying
- Must enjoy working with NDIS participants in a community setting
- Possess own vehicle and a full driving licence
